Today I went to the beach for the 3rd day in a row, this time with fun buddies, made myself a pair of shorts, watched the end of “Girl, Interrupted,” and rode my bike till I was sweaty. Today ruled hard. I wish it was summer every day.

This post makes me regret the minute today I wished for autumn and winter. Just got back from a late day walk in the park, where Missy had a chance to smell/lick butts in the leash-free area. Summer can be beautiful when it doesn’t include sweating in starched button-downs.
